ArkServe Monitoring Levels
ArkServe Monitoring services comprises of 4 levels:
Standard & Standard Pro Packages: ArkServe remotely monitors key heterogeneous OS, Systems, Networks and Applications to predict, identify and diagnose performance and system issues. These packages do not include ArkServe Appliance Centre (AAC). Standard Pro level enables a pre-set list of remediation activities.
Premier & Premier Pro Packages: All features of Standard & Standard Pro are included and has the benefit of at least 1 ArkServe Appliance Centre (AAC) being installed at customer site. Premier Pro level enables a pre-set list of remediation activities.

ArkServe Standard Remote Monitoring
ArkServe Standard Remote Monitoring package remotely monitors heterogeneous Operating Systems, Systems, Networks and Applications to predict, identify and diagnose performance and system issues.

- 7x24 remote system, OS, network and application monitoring with real-time notification
- Incident/Event Management
- Syscare Services Centre integration to fix hardware issues
- Customer portal for reporting
- On-line ticket tracking/management
- Internet enabled
- Requires a Syscare Service Contract
- Lower setup costs with No ArkServe Appliance Centre (AAC) deployed at customer site
