Our Titanium service, with its 2-hour on-site time and 6-hour fix time, is ideal for the most extremely important, mission-critical servers; Platinum + and Platinum, with 2-hour and 4-hour 24/7 on-site times, respectively, are ideal for those business-dependent servers that need the most uptime possible; while Gold, Silver and Bronze offer 8am-8pm M-F 4-hour on-site support; 8am-5pm M-F 4-hour on-site support; and next business day on-site support, respectively. Each service level also includes telephone support.
