The HP Integrity Superdome is HP's high-end addition to the family of industry-standard Itanium®-based solutions. Utilising the 1.6 GHz Intel® Itanium® 2 processor with up to 9MB of L3 cache or mx2 dual-processor modules, the HP Integrity Superdome can run HP-UX 11i v2, Microsoft® Windows® Server 2003 Datacenter Edition, and Linux®. OpenVMS is planned for early 2006.
The HP Integrity Superdome is the only high-end server that can simultaneously run HP-UX 11i v2 in one partition, Windows Server 2003 Datacenter Edition in another, Linux in another, and OpenVMS (when it is qualified in the future for Superdome) in yet another partition.
