Our project team will propose one or more solutions to meet your business and IT objectives. The solution/s will respond to the findings of our business consultants, and the IT assessment report.
During this design phase, our experienced IT consultants help ensure that the design is vendor-neutral. Our business consultants are also involved in early stages of the design, to ensure that it can be implemented on time, on budget and to specifications.
Our business consultant presents the detailed design documents, which includes:
- Management Summary
- Business objectives, challenges and technical requirements
- Assessment report, with snapshot of current IT environment
- Proposal solution, accompanied by the conclusions made during the design process, architectural diagram/s, bill of materials, and all supporting technical appendices
