Once the solution is fully operational, control of the solution management and ongoing training passes to Syscare – our managed services department. Our Syscare team assess your long-term business requirements and create an appropriate tailored service package. This will include up to 24-hour help-desk support, with transparent escalation to our key partners to assist in the resolution of major problems and technical queries. It will also incorporate data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting in a pro-active way, to pre-empt issues wherever possible.
