Deploy
Before the implementation phase, we offer you a ‘proof of concept’ so that you can see the solution in action before committing. This pilot stage saves you from any risk and helps us to ensure your total satisfaction.
Following your approval of the design, a project manager takes charge, presents the deployment plans, liaises with you to ensure delivery and implementation within tight timescales and with minimal operational disruption.
Once the solution is up and running, you and the project manager check that all objectives and tasks in the deployment plan have been correctly completed.
