Alignment Assessment
During the initial assessment stage for IT, Our consultants begin work with our customers by defining the business context of the alignment initiative, including the business strategy, operational imperatives, and key performance indicators.
We then find the customer's needs by identifying the implications for the IT infrastructure and determining the design requirements. Combining this knowledge with an analysis of the current state of the IT infrastructure, we identify gaps and issues, ultimately determining where the infrastructure is misaligned.
Following this, the design phase begins.
