The objective of the Group Board is to ensure that the strategy is followed in such a manner as to increase the total return to shareholders and optimise the allocation of capital within business areas. The Board monitors the financial performance and risk profile resulting from organic growth within the Business Groups. Additionally the Board approves acquisitions or divestments, when considered to be consistent with our strategy.
