The HP StorageWorks MSL5026S2 Tape Library provides enterprise-level features in a mainstream tape library, with an Ultra II LVD SCSI interface, 26 cartridge slots for a native capacity of 2.86 TB and backup performance of up to 79.2 GB/hr.

Features and Benefits:

  • Capacity: 8.32 TB (2:1 compression)
  • 1 or 2 x SDLT 160/320 drives, with a throughput of 16 MB/s (native) per drive for backup performance of up to 115.2 GB/hr for single unit
  • Ultra2 LVD SCSI Interface
  • 26 data slots for a native capacity of 4.16 TB
  • Available as either a rackmount or tabletop configuration
  • Multi-unit modular scalability up to eight units
