REFURBISHED DOT HILL RIVA FC


Dot Hill RIVA FC (Fibre Channel) storage systems provide a high-performance solution for high bandwidth applications including medical imaging, video streaming and geophysical data collection. With 730MB/second cache reads and 551MB/second sequential RAID-5 writes to disk, RIVA delivers data faster than any product in its class.

Dot Hill RIVA includes 16 disk drive bays, dual active-active controllers and fully redundant, hot-swappable components for continuous data access. Dual ported Fibre Channel disk drives allow redundant arbitrated loops for fault-tolerant data access at the drive level. The 3U system stores 2.34TB per enclosure and can scale to 35TB of raw capacity.

The web-based RAIDar management software enables easy configuration, monitoring and management from standard web browsers. RAIDar delivers SNMP-based event monitoring to industry-standard applications and remote email notification. RIVA and RAIDar support major operating systems including Windows, Linux, Unix and Mac OS.
