The McDATA Fibre Channel Switch Module for IBM eServer BladeCenter enables the easy integration of BladeCenter into McDATA environments. This 2Gb/s switch provides up to 24Gbps full duplex bandwidth connectivity between BladeCenter's server blades and SANs through 14 internal ports and 6 external ports. This expanded connectivity presents a diskless storage opportunity for the server architecture.
