Completely redesigned from the ground up, the Extreme BlackDiamond 10808 (10K) augments the Extreme BlackDiamond family of core switches with a new platform incorporating major technological breakthroughs in the areas of scalability, resiliency, security and extensibility. Extreme Networks once again sets the standard by which all modular Ethernet switches will be measured.
- 1.6 Tbps total switching capacity, with only 9-microsecond packet latency for 64 byte packets' greatest capacity along with the fastest packet processing of any Ethernet switching platform.
